A fair option for a short visit

The staff was helpful, and they let us use the kitchen whenever we wanted. It's good the transport stops are within a 5 minute walk. I stayed for two nights and found the location convenient for getting around.
The carpet was very dirty, and it bothered me. I also noticed a lot of noise from police cars and planes, and it seemed to continue all day and night. It made it difficult to relax in the room.

Checking in was straightforward. I showed my photo id on my phone without issues (physical documents are unnecessary). The location is very convenient. There are buses, the DLR, and a tube station very close by.
The carpets showed some wear.

The location proved quite accessible via tube. the staff seemed helpful. i appreciated the self-service breakfast. It was a nice touch. a convenient shop located next door provided easy access to any necessities.
the bathroom's cleanliness needs improvement. the shower doors had noticeable water stains. i observed limescale buildup on the shower poles. also, the drain seemed somewhat clogged.
